A few years ago I had "rotator cuff" problems, but kept on doing my sports as much as I could, (without seeking help, silly me!) Then the day came when I developed "bursitis" in my right shoulder first, then also on the left shoulder. I came to the point where I could hardly bring up my hand to brush my teeth!
I thought for sure my swimming and tennis days were over. That was until I walked into the "Langley Sports and Rehabilitation Center" And I met Sukh Mann and Dr. Irving.
Between the both of them they worked on my shoulders and within a few months I entered my swim competition and came home with 8 medals!
Of which Dr. Irving and Sukh each deserve a gold! A big "Thank You" to both. With a maintenance program and special exercises I have my active sports life back again !
