Internal medicine does not heal the body. The body heals itself, but does so with help, which includes adjustment l, correction of and musculoskeletal motion control. This l control is by nerve function. Active nerves gets your attention. Keep Alert. I took pain killers in a limited way to allow my body (nerves) to tell me things. This feedback helped me to adjust and correct my motion. Without a chiropractor you will experience lot of trial and error, avoidable with professional help. I keep being surprised at the sequencing of right moves a chiropractor can adjust or advise I do to improve my motor & nerve function so my Body heals and does not hurt itself through incorrect/repetitive motion.
