Langley Sports & Rehabilitation Centre can provide a solution to the pain, comfort and dysfunction you are experiencing throughout your body. Your feet are the foundation of your body. If they are not working correctly, other parts of your body may be affected. Our computerised Gait and Pressure Analysis will allow us to objectively determine if there is a need for orthotics.

SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT: Please call Langley Sports & Rehabilitation Centre at (604) 888-3533 or (604) 888-1533 to make an appointment. Please feel free to pre-fill out our initial patient questionnaire and bring it with you to your appointment. If you are interested about our product, but would like to talk about orthotics first with your primary care physician, please print out a copy of our information sheet for physicians and present it to your Doctor.

THREE STEPS TO BETTER HEALTH:

1. The Gait and Pressure Analysis
   • Call Langley Sports & Rehabilitation Centre and schedule an appointment for a Gait and Pressure Analysis Scan
   • Arrive for appointment, and complete a brief questionnaire
   • Discuss the Analysis procedure with the Footmaxx Accredited Technician
   • Complete the Gait and Pressure Analysis Scan
   • Discuss the immediate results of the procedure with the technician
   • The patient data will be sent, via modem, to the Footmaxx diagnostic and manufacturing facility. Once at the lab, the patient data is analysed by the Footmaxx diagnostic software and a Gait Analysis report is prepared
   • Consultation appointment is scheduled for the following week to discuss the Gait Analysis report with the Clinician.

2. The Consultation/Examination
   • The Clinician will discuss the results of the Gait Analysis Report with the patient
• If orthotics are recommended, the exact type and specifications will be discussed
• If necessary, orthotics will be ordered, and an appointment will be made for pick-up in 10 days

3. The Orthotic Fitting
   • The custom orthotics will be fit in the patient's shoes
   • Proper foot, shoe and orthotic care will be discussed

Follow-up Care: Your continued health is important to us. It is imperative that you maintain your orthotics and your feet. We offer a complementary scan to patients 18 months after receiving their orthotics in order to reassess their condition. We also offer refurbishment of your orthotics topcover for a nominal fee, should they become worn due to excessive wear.
