PAYMENT PLAN INFORMATION

Many insurance plans will cover part or all of the cost of custom foot orthotics because they realize the long-term benefits of orthotic therapy. For patients without extended coverage, we offer a flexible payment plan.

• We require a $100 deposit when an order for orthotics is placed.
• Upon pick-up of the orthotics, the balance is due. By pre-arrangement, patients who require a flexible option may provide Langley Sports & Rehabilitation Centre with post-dated cheques each representing 50% of the balance owing post-dated for 30 and 60 days from date of pick-up.
